| Request Service From FMHI IT |
Use our online service request system or call the IT Help Desk at 974-1905. The FMHI IT Help Desk comprises itself of walk-in service, telephone, e-mail, and an online service request system.
Please have your system's decal number available when calling regarding a PC based problem.
The help desk is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Outside of business hours, please use the online service request system or leave a voice mail. IT staff will respond to your requests as possible.
You may also visit the help desk in person by dropping by MHC2501, the middle of the main building on the second floor.
Request Service From Your Department or Division
Your department may provide you with a local support contact. Check out the FMHI IT Support Associates directory to see if one is available in your department.
Local support personnel can often provide much faster and more in depth service, or assist in simple needs such as administrative installation of an application that requires it.
